Aims to determine the present level of knowledge, understanding and skills of deck officers in their function as bridge watchkeeping officers in order to establish their readiness for shipboard assignment on their assigned tasks
Intended Learning Outcome/s
After the training/assessment, the participant/s shall be able to:
- Determine the level of competency of deck officers by identifying their strengths and training needs
