Owing to the increasing demand of our services, we are seeking candidates for the following positions:

  1. INSTRUCTOR (DECK – ML)
    Requirements
    • With at least 12 months shipboard experience as ML officer
    • Onboard within the last 5 years.
    • Holder of IMO Model Course 6.09 certificate or equivalent

     

    Core Responsibility

     

    • Teaching Load
      • Performs pre-delivery preparation.
      • Conducts course delivery as planned.
      • Demonstrates proficient course delivery methodologies and techniques.
      • Conducts course delivery observation.
    • Assessment
      • Prepares assessment materials.
      • Conducts assessment and accomplishes the approved assessment instruments of the course.
      • Performs marking/checking of assessment.
      • Ensures timely submission of grades/evaluation report.
      • Performs assessment observation.
    • Training Development
      • Complies with the requirements of the Faculty Competency Assurance Manual.
      • Submits required reports relative to course quality, training performance, training equipment, and infrastructure.
  2. BEHAVIORAL APTITUDE TRAINING COACH
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in administration, Psychology, Management or any related course.
    • Preferably with teaching experience in tertiary level.
    • Open for Deck Officers with shipboard experience
    • Experience in positions in the field of conduct, discipline, and behavior
    • At least 24 months onboard experience is an advantage.
    • Able to develop and execute physical fitness programs, leadership seminars and soft skill training.
    • Alert, conscientious, cooperative, efficient, flexible, honest, independent, people-oriented.

     

    Core Responsibility

     

    • Operations
      • Supervises daily routine of program trainees.
      • Conducts the callisthenic activities, inspection of dormitory and uniform.
      • Arranges weekly assignment.
    • Administrative and Reporting
      • Approves shore leaves.
      • Prepares incident, violation, and monthly behavioral performance reports.
      • In-charge of safety and emergency calls of program trainees.
    • Training and Program
      • Conducts counseling to trainees, weekly meeting/training to team leaders, and behavioral training courses.
      • Coordinates orientation training to incoming trainees.
      • Prepares course documentation for behavioral training courses and orientation programs.
  3. ON CALL INSTRUCTOR (ETO)
    Requirements
    • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or related course.
    • Registered Electrical Engineer or Licensed Electronics Engineer.
    • Have at least 24 months of sea service as Electro -Technical Officer or its equivalent.
    • Holder of valid Certificate of Competency (COC) as Electro-Technical Officer.
    • Holder of IMO Model Course 3.12
  4. DORMITORY STAFF
    Requirements
    • With basic knowledge in housekeeping.
    • Proficient in hotel housekeeping standards.
    • Amenable for shifting schedule.
    • Can communicate in English language.
    • Proficient and knowledgeable in admin functions such as computer literate (MS Excel and MS Word), filing, creation of reports.

     

    Core Responsibility

     

    • Hotel Operations
      • Ensures policies and procedures are strictly implemented.
      • Ensures guests’ accommodation is cleaned and prepared, all areas are maintained clean, organize and housekeeping checklists are being implemented.
      • Leads and guides other hotel and cleaning staff.
      • Conducts daily inspection of rooms and common areas.
    • Reporting
      • Prepares VIP amenities purchase report.
      • Daily housekeeping checklists, consumption and inventory of cleaning materials and standard room amenities, and maintenance requests.
    • Administrative and Record Keeping
      • Ensures and maintains high level of confidentiality in handling documents, records, and communications within the department.
      • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior.
      • Reconciles records.
  5. INSTRUCTOR (SUPPORT-LEVEL DECK)
    Requirements
    • Deck rating/support level with at least 1 year experience as Bosun or
    • Deck rating/support level with at least 5 years’ experience as AB.
    • Deck rating/support level with OIC license is an advantage.
    • Preferably with previous teaching experience.
    • Holder of IMO Model Course 6.09 certificate or equivalent.
    • Preferably with IMO Model Course 3.12 certificate for assessor

  6. HOTEL ADMIN STAFF
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any management related course.
    • With basic knowledge in housekeeping.
    • Amenable for shifting schedule.
    • Can communicate in English language.
    • Proficient and knowledgeable in admin functions such as computer literate (MS Excel and MS Word), filing, creation of reports.
    • Organized, flexible, and with keen eye to details.

     

    Core Responsibility

     

    • Planning and Scheduling
      • Prepares and monitors daily maintenance requests.
    • Hotel Operations
      • Ensures that the policies and procedures of the department are strictly implemented.
      • Monitors the availability of office supplies, medicines, forms, house rules print outs, and other necessary items.
    • Reporting
      • Manages and communicates with different departments regarding concerned issues with the hotel and dormitory booking reservation.
      • Ensures that reports are accurate and submitted on time.
    • Administrative and Record Keeping
      • Maintains and updates daily records in the dormitory database.
      • Daily monitoring of dormitory booking and reservation system.
      • Ensures organized safekeeping and high level maintenance of all related documents.
