Practical Engine Skills
This training is designed to familiarize the trainees with the organization, arrangement, and operation of the engine room and develop their theoretical knowledge and practical workshop skills.
Training Outcome/s:
After the training, participants must be able to:
- Familiarize the ship’s organization and engine room arrangement and operation.
- Apply practical workshop skills in repair and maintenance works onboard ship.
- Perform surface preparation & painting.
Entry Standard/s:
All seafarers assigned in engine operations.
