MEG 4 Mooring Course
The course aims to provide the deck officers and crew with comprehensive knowledge of the safe mooring equipment, mooring winch test, inspection, and maintenance of the mooring lines.
Training Outcome/s:
After the training, participants must be able to:
- Contribute to berthing, anchoring, and other mooring operations.
- Test, inspect, and maintain mooring equipment.
- Proper maintenance, inspection procedures, and discarding criteria of wires, and conventional synthetic fiber ropes.
