This course aims to develop competency in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes.

Training Outcome/s:

After the training, participants must be able to:

  • Implement food safety and sanitation. 
  • Define culinary customs in Indian cuisine. 
  • Identify ingredients used in preparing Indian dishes. 
  • Prepare Indian dishes.
  • Bake Indian bread.
