Consolidated MARPOL 73/78 Course
The course aims to provide prospective deck officers, engineer officers and electro-technical officers with knowledge and understanding regarding the prevention of pollution of marine environment and to develop correct attitude in ensuring compliance with pollution preventions as required by the STCW, ISM Code and MARPOL 73/78
Intended Learning Outcome/s
After the training/assessment, the participant/s shall be able to:
- Ensure compliance with pollution-prevention requirements of MARPOL 73/78, as amended, Annexes I – V
- Monitor and control compliance with legislative requirements and measures to ensure protection of the marine environment of MARPOL 73/78, as amended, Annexes I – VI
