Continuing the Mission: UMTC’s Main CSR Drive for San Crispin Elementary School

At the start of the 2025-2026 academic year, the United Marine Training Center (UMTC) proudly returned to San Crispin Elementary School, continuing its mission to support the development of the next generation of brilliant minds and professionals.

With the new school year in full swing, UMTC, together with the school’s newly appointed Principal Pablo Urgena, Administrator Pauline De Galicia, and with the unwavering support of the Alumni Association President, Noriel Bondad, launched a heartfelt initiative aimed at helping over 500 students start the academic year equipped and ready.

All level pupils were provided with essential school supplies, including bags, raincoats, tumblers, and learning modules—simple items that mean the world to children who begin each day with big dreams but often face limited resources. Additionally, the training center provided two smart projectors to aid the learning process in the school.

The smiles, excitement, and sincere gratitude radiating from the children made the moment deeply moving for everyone present. The UMTC team, led by its Managing Director, Donald Bautista, was overwhelmed by the warmth of the welcome and the joy shared within the campus.

This initiative goes beyond donations. It is a manifestation of UMTC’s ongoing commitment to uplifting educational communities and being a partner in shaping lives. The visit is a reaffirmation of the training center’s commitment to supporting institutions like San Crispin Elementary School, which, despite its challenges, remains steadfast in its mission to cultivate excellence and resilience among its students.

This program is not just a one-day event, but part of a long-term relationship UMTC is building with both educational institutions—a partnership grounded in care, compassion, and the shared belief that every child deserves a chance to succeed.

At UMTC, we believe that nurturing dreams begin with showing up, giving back, and standing beside those who shape the future.
