At UMTC, we believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our company. We recently celebrated Employee Appreciation Day with a unique College Vibe theme to honor their hard work and dedication. This event allowed us to express our gratitude and provided the perfect opportunity to recognize our 5-year service awardees, whose commitment has been instrumental to our success.
Fun and Relaxation
Our Employee Appreciation Day was packed with activities designed to relax, entertain, and appreciate our team. The HR and Marketing departments collaborated to create an unforgettable experience. Employees were officially welcomed by the President, Tony Galvez Jr., then indulged in soothing massages and delighted their senses with perfume giveaways, where they could get their favorite scents. To keep energy levels high, various canapes from the Culinary department and food carts offered delicious treats throughout the day.
Games and activities were abundant, with a special highlight being the bingo session, which was met with enthusiastic participation. Each activity was thoughtfully curated to foster a spirit of camaraderie and joy, reinforcing the collegiate atmosphere.

A Serenade to Remember
Adding a nostalgic touch to the day, “D’s Band”, led by our Managing Director, Donald Bautista, serenaded the employees with a "bring back memory lane" playlist. The music resonated with everyone, creating a lively and heartwarming atmosphere that perfectly encapsulated the spirit of camaraderie and appreciation.
