A Night of Camaraderie and Celebration – Voyage of Connections
The Voyage of Connections held on 15 November 2024 at Manila House
Private Membership Club, Bonifacio Global City, brought together
clients, partners, and the team from the United Marine Training
Center (UMTC) for an unforgettable evening of connections,
camaraderie, and shared appreciation for our mutual successes.
As guests arrived, they were warmly welcomed at the registration area
and invited to participate in two unique and interactive experiences.
First, attendees could contribute to a
collaborative painting, creating shared artwork to
serve as a lasting memento of the event’s spirit of community and
creativity.
Additionally, each guest was offered a
live stamping souvenir experience , allowing them to
customize a keepsake as a memory of the night, setting a lively,
welcoming tone for the evening. Meanwhile, the guests were treated to a
stunning performance by the Manila String Machine , a
talented quartet that filled the room with their elegant musical
renditions. Their music created the perfect ambiance, inviting guests to
relax, connect, and enjoy the evening’s festivities.
To kick off the evening officially, Tony Galvez,

relationships built over the years and highlighted the importance of
partnership in achieving collective success. He also took a moment to
recognize the organizing team, whose dedication and

The evening continued with an impressive entertainment lineup from
Buchanan, a multi-talented vocalist whose journey has
taken her from winning prestigious vocal competitions in her youth to
gracing international stages. Her powerful and soulful performance
captivated the audience, leaving a lasting impression that resonated
long after her last note.
The evening then took a lively turn with the introduction of the official
UMTC Band, known as “d’s Band.” Having played together for over four
years, their synergy and enthusiasm shone through as they performed
familiar tunes with everyone tapping their feet. Their upbeat setlist kept
the energy high, creating the perfect lead-up to our interactive segment.
In a fun twist on the traditional raffle draw, the Stars of the Night
contest encouraged guests to join D’s Band for a sing-along session, with
applause voting for the winners.
