BV Welding Trade Test Revalidation
The welding trade test revalidation program aims for a renewal of Welders Qualification Test Certificate of a shipboard qualified welder with uninterrupted welding activity within four consecutive six months period in order to qualify for the prolongation or revalidation of Welders Qualification Test Certificate issued by Bureau Veritas (BV) or other recognized welding society or any qualifying organization.
Intended Learning Outcome/s
After the training/assessment, the participant/s shall be able to:
- Determine the level of competency of BV welder according to the results of the tests undertaken and
- Recommend certification as BV welder.
