Trade Test for Cook Applicant

This Trade Test meets the requirements of TESDA NC III Ships’ Cook Standard It is designed to assess the knowledge, skills and behaviors of a Ships Cook applicant.

After the training/assessment, participants must be able to:

  • Stock control
  • Menu Planning
  • Galley administration
  • Practical cookery
