Electro-Hydraulics and Electro-Pneumatics for Marine Applications
The course aims to enhance the competence of Marine Engineers and Electricians/Electro-Technical Officers on the practical applications of modern electro-hydraulic and electro-pneumatic controls on board ships.
Training Outcome/s:
After the training, participants must be able to:
- Evaluate the operations of electro-hydraulic and electro-pneumatic systems` on board ships.
- Prepare effective maintenance procedures on electro-hydraulic and electro-pneumatic systems.
Entry Standard/s:
Marine Engineers, Electricians, Electro- Technical Officers, or Engine Prospective Officers who have successfully completed the course Pneumatics and Hydraulics for Marine Applications (EW302-35) or its equivalent.
