  1. INSTRUCTOR ( WELDER/MACHINIST)
    Requirements
    • With experience as welder/machinist.
    • With teaching experience.
    • Holder of IMO Model Course 6.09 certificate or equivalent.

      • Performs pre-delivery preparation.
      • Facilitates attendance checking, verifies authenticity of participant’s identity and confirms entry requirements of participant.
      • Conducts course delivery as planned.
      • Demonstrates proficient course delivery methodologies and techniques.
      • Conducts course delivery observation.
    • Assessment
      • Prepares assessment materials.
      • Conducts assessment and accomplishes the approved assessment instruments of the course.
      • Performs marking/checking of assessment.

    • Instructor Development
      • Complies with the requirements of the Instructor Competency Development Program
      • Coordinates with the assigned mentor.
    • Administration and Reporting
      • Submits required reports relative to course quality, training performance, training equipment, and infrastructure.

      • Prepares the Monthly Instructor Workload report.

  2. GENERAL ACCOUNTANT/BOOKKEEPER
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or other related courses.
    • Preferably with work experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, BIR compliance and regular audit.
    • Highly skilled in using MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.
    • Knowledgeable in SUN Systems, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
    • Strong organizational skills. Good communications and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and proper record-keeping.

     

    Core Responsibility

     

    • Accuracy and Timely Financial Functions.
      • Ensures that all financial transactions are timely and accurately recorded and transferred to the Accounting System. Overall, in-charge in bookkeeping of the company.
    • Proper Handling of Financial Assets and Documents of the Company.
      • Maintains the fixed assets lapsing schedule and ensures that depreciation and amortization is being computed and recorded in the books.
    • Instructor Development
      • Complies with the requirements of the Instructor Competency Development Program
      • Coordinates with the assigned mentor.
    • Effectiveness of Financial Controls and Monitoring.
      • Communicates the monthly closing period of books to all involve stakeholders such as Central Purchasing, Building Admin, and related parties.
      • Records the monthly payroll entries in the Accounting System and reconciles the balances with the filed monthly compensation return subject for review of AS.
    • Compliance to Accounting Standards and Local Statutory Requirements.
      • Continuously observes the applicable standards in PFRS for SMEs, BIR rules, regulatory government bodies, and in-house policies and procedures.
      • Prepares the requirements related to regular audit of BIR, Manila City Hall, external financial statements, audit, transfer pricing study, and internal audit.
    • Support to the Administration.
      • Assists the Accounting Supervisor in finding ways to further improve the internal processes of the department.
      • Provides other financial reports that may be requested.
  3. HOTEL STAFF
    Requirements
    • With basic knowledge in housekeeping.
    • Proficient in hotel housekeeping standards.
    • Amenable for shifting schedule.
    • Can communicate in English language.
    • Proficient and knowledgeable in admin functions such as computer literate (MS Excel and MS Word), filing, creation of reports.

     

    Core Responsibility

     

    • Hotel Operations
      • Ensures policies and procedures are strictly implemented.
      • Ensures guests’ accommodation is cleaned and prepared, all areas are maintained clean, organize and housekeeping checklists are being implemented.
      • Leads and guides other hotel and cleaning staff.
      • Conducts daily inspection of rooms and common areas.
    • Reporting
      • Prepares VIP amenities purchase report.
      • Daily housekeeping checklists, consumption and inventory of cleaning materials and standard room amenities, and maintenance requests.
    • Administrative and Record Keeping
      • Ensures and maintains high level of confidentiality in handling documents, records, and communications within the department.
      • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior.
  4. INSTRUCTOR (ETO) – Full Time and On Call
    Requirements
    • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or related course.
    • Registered Electrical Engineer or Licensed Electronics Engineer.
    • Have at least 24 months of sea service as Electro -Technical Officer or its equivalent.
    • Holder of valid Certificate of Competency (COC) as Electro-Technical Officer.
    • Holder of IMO Model Course 3.12
  5. SOFTWARE ENGINEER (BACK END DEVELOPER)
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
    • Experience in using any of these languages: Kotlin, Java, C#, Javascript (preferably Nodejs and Expressjs)
    • PostgreSQL/SQL Server: Proficient in PostgreSQL/SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and data sanitation.
    • Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration
    • API Development: Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
    • Coding Standards: Knowledge of coding best practices and experience with MVC/MVP pattern
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writte

  6. INSTRUCTOR (SUPPORT LEVEL DECK) – Full Time and On Call
    Requirements
    • Deck rating/support level with at least 1 year experience as Bosun
    • Deck rating/support level with at least 5 years’ experience as AB.
    • Deck rating/support level with OIC license is an advantage.
    • Preferably with previous teaching experience.
    • Holder of IMO Model Course 6.09 certificate or equivalent.
    • Preferably with IMO Model Course 3.12 certificate for assessor
  7. INSTRUCTOR (DECK – ML)
    Requirements
    • With at least 12 months shipboard experience as ML officer
    • Onboard within the last 5 years.
    • Holder of IMO Model Course 6.09 certificate or equivalent

    • With at least 12 months of shipboard experience as a Chief Engineer.
    • Holder of IMO Model Course 6.09 certificate or equivalent.
    • MARINA accredited Basic and Advanced IGF Course Instructor.
    • Dual fuel diesel electric experience.

  10. ELECTRO-TECHNICAL LABORATORY ASSISTANT
    Requirements
    • Preferably a bachelor’s degree holder related in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, and Mechatronics Technology
    • Must have work experience in electrical, electronic, and control systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and computing skills.
    • Knowledgeable in administrative procedures such as filing and record keeping, electrical, electronic, and control systems or equipment.
    • Proficient in using electrical testing instruments.

     

    Core Responsibility

     

    • Operational Requirement
      • Provides technical assistance in the conduct of practice exercises, identified as staff requirement in some Electro-Technical courses.
      • Prepares Electro-Technical training equipment, tools, and materials for practical exercises in coordination with the course assigned instructor.
    • Inventory
      • Performs storekeeping and inventory of Electro-Technical training equipment, tools, and consumables.
      • Assists course owners in receiving and monitoring purchase requests of Electro-Technical training equipment, tools, and consumables.
    • Maintenance
      • Provides assistance in the conduct of housekeeping of Electro-Technical rooms and planned corrective maintenance of Electro-Technical training tools and equipment.
      • Files Preventive Maintenance System records for ETO section.
    • Administration
      • Submits required reports relative to condition of training equipment, tools, consumables, and infrastructures used in the Electro-Technical section.
      • Assists the Senior Faculty in ETO cadets’ recruitment administration.
      • Provides assistance as proctor needed.
      • Coordinates daily tasks with the Senior Faculty.
      • Performs other job-related tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
  11. ACCOUNTING MANAGER
    Requirements
    • Degree holder of bachelor of science in accountancy.
    • Licensed as Certified Public Accountant.
    • With work experience in financial and managerial accounting, BIR compliance, and handling letters of authority.
    • Goal oriented, analytical and forward thinker, pro-active, and good planner.
    • Highly skilled in using MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.
    • Knowledgeable in SUN Systems, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
    • Strong organizational skill. Good communications and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to complete assigned tasks and deliver reports with confidentiality and quality.
    • Attention to detail and proper record-keeping.

     

    Core Responsibility

     

    • Leadership and People Management.
      • Overall, in-charge of the Accounting department together with the Accounting Supervisor.
    • Accuracy and Timely Financial Functions.
      • Review the completeness and accuracy of the financial records of the company.
    • Customer Service.
      • Participates in the induction process of new team members of the company.
    • Staff Development.
      • Allocates reasonable tasks to each accounting staff in consultation with the CA.
    • Support to the Administration.
      • Provides other financial reports that may be requested.
    • Compliance to Accounting Standards and Local Statutory Requirements.
      • Conducts preliminary audit of all financial records in accordance with the applicable accounting standards, regulatory government bodies, and in-house policies and procedures.
      • Verified the completion and timely submission of requirements related to the regular audit of BIR, Manila City Hall, external financial statements audit, transfer pricing study, and internal audit.
      • Monitors timely filing or renewal of BIR registration, insurance, business permit (in coordination with the Office of the Managing Director), and other regular statutory requirements.
    • Handling of Financial Assets and related documents of the company.
      • Maintains and updates all contracts and agreements related to financial records of the company.
    • Financial Controls and Monitoring.
      • Reviews the reconciliation of petty cash funds handled by the Cash Officer (CO) of the company and after checking of AS.
      • Together with the AS, reviews bank reconciliation of each company bank account prepared by the General Accountant.
    • Budget Performance and Monitoring.
      • Monitors the daily cash balances of the company as reported by the AS.
