Finnish Delegates Explore United Marine Training Center and Marlow People Solutions: Strengthening International Workforce Collaboration
On 17 January 2025, United Marine Training Center (UMTC) and its land-based agency partner, Marlow People Solutions Inc. (MPSI), had the distinct honor of hosting a delegation from Finland comprising government representatives and private sector employers. This high-level visit underscored the growing collaboration between Finnish employers and Filipino workers, fostering mutual opportunities for workforce development and skills enhancement on an international scale.
The Ministry of Employment and Business Finland Executives were welcomed with warm Filipino hospitality. The visit commenced with a luncheon meeting, setting the stage for insightful discussions on employment opportunities and workforce development. The guests were also taken on an extensive tour of UMTC’s state-of-the-art facilities and Marlow People Solutions’ operations.
